For myself..some new workout gear helps motivate me to get to the gym! I have been feeling great and have been working out 5x a week throughout my pregnancy. I listen to my body and try not to push myself through a workout. I try to line up my gym sessions with girlfriends so it helps me not skip and time flies! Make an appointment with yourself for one hour a day. Find a gym that has childcare and it will change your life! It is literally 4% of your entire DAY! Get it DONE!
