Sometimes the gym just doesn’t happen. So that means I always have a mat and weights on standby. Usually it’s nap time and quick 30 minute BBG workout! Get it done. Sometimes, I have to break up my workout into two parts of my day. I’ll run later and these are one of my (not so pretty) fav running shoes. I switch up my shoes daily so my run feels a bit different (maybe that’s all in my head 🤣).
