So guys… I have a huge secret!
I’m a brunette … like for real! I have black hair.. wishing I had an TB pic 🤔.. but’s its been too long! I’ve been dying my hair for over 15 years. That said.. I really need to take care of it. After years of bleaching my hair it is actually is great condition! And super soft (I can’t go as far as saying it’s healthy 🤣 but you all get that!)
Here is my daily* (DISCLAIMER below) hair care routine:
1. Coconut oil hair mask (It comes with a hair wrap that you can sleep with). I go heavy with it on my ends and light at my roots. If you want to read more about the benefits.. I attached some 🤓 more reading below**- reasons why it’s 💯.
5. ROOT lift
7. Hair Dryer
9. Hair Spray
10. Styling Balm (for fly aways)
I also take these when I remember .. hair growth help but more like when I Really just want candy 😆.
*daily – 🤣 I literally wash my hair 2 (Maybe 3x) a week.
Thanks Perfect hair Day– my GO TO dry shampoo
Also for my blondes! THIS ONE (Who need a little rOOT touch up 💁🏼♀️)
Coconut mask**- Because the lauric acid in coconut oil has a low molecular weight, it allows the oil to actually penetrate the hair shaft, nourishing the hair with vitamins, minerals and the medium-chain fatty acids. Coconut oil is a fabulous way to give your hair this healthy boost it needs because it is rich in antioxidants, and has antifungal and antibacterial properties. So, it leaves the hair feeling not only moisturized but clean, too. And while many of our shampoos, conditioners and other hair products tend to be full of harmful chemicals and toxins, coconut oil is 100 percent natural and seriously good for your hair and scalp. You can use coconut oil as an intensive overnight hair treatment like I did, or as an everyday hair oil, using just about ¼ teaspoon. I recommend using extra virgin organic coconut oil (which you can find at your local market) as a great chemical-free hair conditioning treatment replacement 💗
